Arrows – Returns Policy
All our arrows are packed by hand and checked prior to despatch. All our arrows are guaranteed for 120 days. They are guaranteed to be free of defects and fit for the purpose of snapping. Our arrows have been manufactured to a specification solely for the purpose of snapping in empowerment events and not for use in archery, for which they carry no guarantee. Arrows should be stored at room temperature and not be subjected to high levels of moist humidity or broad changes in temperature which may cause them to warp.
Any visibly defective arrows should be demonstrated to us with pictorial or video evidence and then if it is not viable for Success Formulae to replace defective ones, you can return the merchandise to us at your expense, and we will assess the product, before determining whether a full, partial or zero rated refund is applicable. Please note, arrows received by us that have been identified as being warped, will be automatically rejected, unless the complaint is received within 14 days of receipt, and proof of the moisture ingress during transit can be produced.
Please note, it is our policy to replace ANY defective merchandise, but we reserve the right to make judgement as to whether we believe that defect has occurred during transit or after delivery.
In purchasing our arrows, you are accepting that our decision is final.
The glasswalk should arrive in a reasonable condition. The zips and wheels and case should be intact. If upon arrival, the case is found to be defective, if you notify us within 72 hours of its receipt, and show us to our satisfaction the level of the defect, we may in our absolute discretion, decide to replace the case, or ask you to return it, for a replacement, or make an offer towards the cost of replacement.
You are buying a case of prepared broken glass, prepared by specification, which happens to be supplied in a wheeled case. The wheeled case is guaranteed for 90 days, with fair wear and tear applied. If we suspect that the case has been mishandled, or not handled appropriately for it containing 30 kilograms of broken glass, no refund will be offered. If however, it was found to be defective on receipt, we will subject to the receipt of pictorial and videographic evidence either issue a credit equal to the cost of the case, or send to you a replacement case. If there is doubt about the question of handling and you require a full refund, we will require you to return the case and the contents at your cost and in any event the payment of a full or part refund will be at our complete discretion.
Firewalking Events and Training Events
When you buy a place on one of our events, you are buying the equivalent of a ticket to a show. You may gift this ticket or use it yourself. In some extreme circumstances, and at our complete discretion, we may offer a transfer on the next available course. Otherwise, if you do not attend on a course that you have paid for, and do not appoint an alternative attendee then that place is deemed as having been attended by you, and no refund will be given. For events where there is no further event planned, there are no refunds.
Delivery of Goods
Tickets and places on courses, will be delivered via email confirmation within 72 business hours of payment being received.
Physical goods such as arrows, DVDs, books, Glasswalks, pins, mugs, tee-shirts, hoodies or CD’s will be dispatched within 72 business hours of payment being made. They will be sent by courier or by post, and goods of more that £19.99 in value will require a signature, and will be sent via registered post or compensated courier.
